Paschal Donohoe TD, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform with Patricia Quinn Managing Director of Benefacts at the launch of Benefacts.ie on 18th May 2016.

Benefacts.ie was launched today at an event in the Irish Architectural Archive, Merrion Square, Dublin 2.

This was the first public event in the diary of the recently-appointed Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Paschal Donohoe TD. Here’s what the Minister said:

Besides media and public servants, and members of Benefacts staff and Board, present at the launch were representatives of the Atlantic Philanthropies and the Ireland Funds which are co-funding the project with D/PER.

Also present were many sector leaders including leaders of from representative bodies ICTR, Irish Council for Social Housing, Philanthropy Ireland and the Wheel, as well as senior figures from prominent nonprofits including Concern Worldwide, DePaul Ireland, ISPCA, Trocaire, St. John of God Development Company, St. Michael’s House, TASC and Transparency International.
